- Product Information
· We strive to display product descriptions, images, and prices as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, texture, or taste may occur because our products are natural and handcrafted.
· All product weights and measurements are approximate.
· We reserve the right to modify product offerings, descriptions, and pricing without prior notice.
- Pricing & Payments
· All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
· We accept payments via credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and cash on delivery (where available).
· Payments are processed through CCAvenue, a secure payment gateway. We do not store your payment information.
· In case of payment failure, please contact your bank or our support team.
- Orders & Cancellations
· Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
· Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by emailing support@naturescraft.in. After that, the order may have been processed and cannot be cancelled.
· We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.
- Shipping & Delivery
· We ship across India using reliable courier partners.
· Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days, depending on location.
· Delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, courier issues) are not our liability, but we will keep you informed.
· Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout.
- Returns & Refunds
Our Returns & Refund Policy is detailed separately. By making a purchase, you agree to that policy. Please review it before completing your order.
